It makes it really hard to get recommendations on who to use when you are ready to buy and/or sell. So, I am going to list off some reasons why Jacob is a great realtor and why I strongly recommend him to anyone. 1. Attitude - Jacob has a positive attitude and is game for anything! After taking a 6 month break from the market, I emailed him at 10:00 pm out of the blue with a link to a home I wanted to see the next day. Jacob rearranged his schedule to meet us at the house, and 45 days later, I am sitting in it, writing this review :). Furthermore, I am very type A and can be a little high strung at times - Jacob was great at ALWAYS taking my calls and reassuring me about whatever worries I had. 2. Professionalism - Jacob was very professional throughout the entire process. He is networked with a great team of lenders, other realtors, inspectors, photographers, etc., and I know they all think really highly of him too. This definitely streamlined certain events and gave me confidence throughout our buying/selling experience. 3. Expertise - Jacob listed our home at the PERFECT price. This is not 2021/22 any longer; houses are not being purchased in bidding wars within an hour of listing. However - we had 3 offers on our home the first weekend, during which he hosted an open house. I was really worried about the selling process - it's stressful and requires lots of decision making. To have his help and experience with this part was totally priceless. 4. Honesty - Knowing that you are working with someone who will represent your best interests but also be fair, honest, and present a strong moral compass is not as common as it used to be. Jacob is a good person and working with someone who can maintain integrity while being super successful is a nice change. Jacob is a great realtor who works really hard for his clients. I firmly believe he is just the best one out there!

Can’t stress enough how easy Jacob made the home buying process during such a difficult market.
My fiancé and I are first time home buyers and went through the ringer trying to find a house. Every time we requested to put in an offer Jacob had it prepared and ready for us to sign within hours. In such a fast paced market time is of the essence and he consistently delivered. After a few declined offers, we finally got our home $20k under asking price!! All thanks to Jacob’s encouragement and advice. He’s professional, trustworthy, cares for his clients, and is well versed in the market. We highly recommend everyone we know to work with Jacob if they are looking to buy. In the future if we buy any more property we’re only using him as our realtor! :)
